We keep our customers happy with speedy fulfillment and lean shipping costs. We are a small company and each order takes time to pick, pack and deliver. It’s more efficient for us to send larger orders, and we pass those savings along to you. It’s our fair-and-friendly pricing. It’s how we would like to be treated, and hope you like it too. Here is how we calculate shipping:

$99 or moreFree expedited shipping to any delivery address in the US.

Most orders are filled the same day if orders are received before 1:00 p.m. CST. Weekends and holidays are exceptions.

Standard shipping times are 3-5 days.

We offer expedited 2-day shipping. Most orders are received within 2 days, however, 2-day delivery is not guaranteed. Your address, weather or holiday backlogs may delay shipping beyond 2 days.

Customer’s Responsibility to Provide Secure Shipping Location

4 in 10 shoppers have had a package stolen before they received it. Fortunately for us and our customers, this rarely happens. We will ship our products to any deliverable address within the United States that our customer specifies on the order. It is our responsibility to deliver the package in a timely manner to where our customer wants us to. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that is it is a secure location.

We will not refund stolen orders if the package was delivered to the customer-specified shipping address. We will, of course, refund or replace products that have not been delivered or have been misdelivered for some reason.
